Terms and Conditions for Game Masters

1. Definitions
- Platform: The digital marketplace operated by DISRUPTION MEDIA SRL DE CV.
- Game Master (GM): Person who publishes, offers, and directs gaming experiences through the Platform.
- Player: User who books and pays for an experience published by a Game Master.
- Booking: Confirmed contract for an experience through the Platform.
- Platform Commission: Percentage retained by the Platform as an intermediation fee.
2. Nature of service
The Platform acts solely as a technological intermediary between Game Masters and Players. The Platform does not organize, direct, or control sessions, nor is it responsible for the content, development, or outcome of experiences offered by Game Masters.
3. Registration as Game Master
To offer experiences, the Game Master must:
- Provide truthful and updated information.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Register a valid account for receiving payments through the payment provider authorized by the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend Game Master accounts.
4. Pricing and control of experiences
The Game Master freely sets the price of their experiences.
Prices are established per player, unless the Platform indicates otherwise.
Each experience may admit between 2 and 6 players, as defined by the Game Master.
5. Commissions and payment distribution
5.1 Platform Commission
The Platform retains a 15% commission on the total value of each confirmed booking.
This commission covers marketplace usage, Platform promotion, technological maintenance, booking processing, and support.
5.2 Game Master Income
The Game Master receives 85% of the value of each booking, minus applicable banking fees and payment processing costs, such as:
- Card usage fees
- International payments
- Currency conversion
The final amount may vary depending on the payment method used by the Player.
6. Taxes
The Platform's commission includes the applicable VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Each Game Master is exclusively responsible for complying with their own tax obligations, including taxes on their income, invoicing, and declarations to the corresponding authorities.
The Platform does not offer tax or legal advice.
7. Payments and deposits
Payments to the Game Master are made automatically and electronically to the registered account.
The Platform uses external payment providers (for example, Stripe).
Deposit times may vary depending on country, bank, and payment provider.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies will be defined by the Platform and communicated to Game Masters and Players.
In case of refund, the Platform may deduct commissions and non-recoverable costs from the payment provider.
9. Suspension or termination
The Platform may suspend or cancel a Game Master's account in case of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent conduct
- Repeated Player complaints
- Improper use of the Platform
10. Limitation of liability
The Platform will not be responsible for:
- Disputes between Game Masters and Players
- Damages arising from session development
- Breaches attributable to the Game Master
11. Modifications to the Terms
The Platform may modify these Terms and Conditions, notifying users with reasonable advance notice.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the changes.
12. Applicable legislation
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts.
